Anasimyia  

there are five species of Anasimiya found in Britain, but only two species have been recorded in the Outer Hebrides. They are members of the Eristalini tribe and have the characteristic loop in the wing veins R4+5 and pale longitudinal stripes on the thorax which are also found in Helophilus, Lejops and Parhelophilus.
